the mini fans placed on the guest's chairs had all the information that a traditional program would - such as bridal party, pastor and other important information. leave it to becca to come up with unique ways to display the most basic of data - of course, that's what she specialized in as a graphic designer.
this Native American wedding vase was hand crafted by becca's father for the occasion. the couple would both share in a drink from it to symbolize their union.
when i returned to check on the girls they were hunkered down in the bridal suite - when i suggested we get out on those swings and play for a bit - they were all over it! one by one they rushed out the tiny doorway like children going to recess. it was so cute!
as the girls played on the swings out back, the guests mingled and began to find their seats. countless remarks were made as to the beauty of the scene - the picturesque mountain that seemed to rise directly out of the field.
the best of friends are the ones that know everything about you - where you've been, where you're at and where you dream of going. through it all they still love you despite all you've been through - they lift you up when you're down, hold you when you cry and laugh uncontrollably at every crazy antic - becca's girls are just those kinds of friends. seeing the joy flow from all of them on this day was a truly blessed experience. the relationship becca has had with each is so special - each of them could not have been happier to see their great friend marry the man of her dreams on this day.
